• When signing up to Gratitude Buddies, you agree to take full responsibility for your own mental health and well-being. Gratitude Buddies does not claim to be a guaranteed treatment for improving mental health or well-being. It offers a set of tools, which when implemented have shown myriad benefits, but individual results may vary.

• You agree to take full responsibility for the relationship that develops with your buddy and any related events that follow thereafter. You agree to indemnify and hold Gratitude Buddies harmless from any damages, liability and expenses that result from connecting with another individual through Gratitude Buddies or by signing up to Gratitude Buddies.

• You agree to be emailed by Gratitude Buddies and to have your basic information, including email address, shared with your buddy. Otherwise, your data will not be shared or sold. You agree to receive emails from Gratitude Buddies until you “unsubscribe.”

• If you use Gratitude Buddies to send web messages, a copy is sent to a database accessible by Gratitude Buddies. However, this information remains private, unused, unshared and is automatically deleted after 90 days.

• You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

• Gratitude buddies reserves the right to change these terms as needed.
