By using Gratitude Buddies ("GBs"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Gratitude Buddies is an exchange-based platform where members can connect to share skills, services, and support in a gratitude-centered community. This is not a barter system, and no monetary values are assigned to exchanges.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own interactions, agreements, and relationships built through the platform. Gratitude Buddies is not liable for any disputes, misunderstandings, or outcomes of user exchanges.

Users are responsible for ensuring their exchanges comply with local tax regulations. Gratitude Buddies does not provide tax advice or reporting services.

Users take responsibility for their own mental health if they use GBs as a wellness platform. Gratitude Buddies does not claim to be a guaranteed treatment for improving mental health or well-being.

4. Community Guidelines

Be respectful and supportive in all interactions. No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate content. Any violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Gratitude Buddies is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages arising from user interactions. Users agree to hold Gratitude Buddies harmless from any claims related to exchanges made on the platform.

6. Privacy & Data Use

User data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. You agree to be emailed by Gratitude Buddies and to receive emails from Gratitude Buddies until you “unsubscribe.” Gratitude Buddies will not sell or share user data without consent. If you use Gratitude Buddies 7 or 30 Day Journeys to send web messages, a copy is sent to a database accessible by Gratitude Buddies. However, this information remains private and is automatically deleted after 90 days.

7. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
