weekly gratitude meet-up: meditation and journaling

Need help keeping up with your gratitude and/or meditation practice? For four weeks we will meet for 15-20 minute sessions to practice together.

What sessions will look like:

  • A quick hello and share about how we’re arriving

  • 5 minutes of gratitude journaling: 3-5 things we’re grateful for and why

  • 5-10 minute visualization/meditation on what we wrote

  • A small debrief and then we go about our days!

Sessions will take place on the following days at 9am EST/3pm CET. You can come to one or all four; the link will be the same.
