Did you play the audio above? It actually comes from a video of my twins in the bathtub when they were about a year old. Try listening again, this time with your eyes closed, and try not to laugh yourself. There is something beautiful, charming and powerful about the sound of laughter in the most innocent of our species.
Yet, we all have that in us. We all either laughed like that when we were children - or yearned to…..
Originally, I had laughter further on in the 30 Days, but then I remembered how important it is. How healing it is. Even if your life is heavy or hard right now - even if our planet feels heavy and hard - you deserve to laugh. In fact, it could be the gift you give all of us today.
So what’s your relationship with laughter?
What or who makes you laugh?
Who do you share the best laughs with personally?
Or who do you always like to make laugh?
And if you need an extra today: you can also try this laughter yoga - yes, it’s a little goofy, but so is life! 🤣
