It’s often really easy - too easy - to look at ourselves and our accomplishments from a perspective of lack or inadequacy. In our social media dominated society, comparing ourselves can almost happen by default and we come up short.

But we all deserve a little celebration - we have all done things right sometimes: achieved our goals; supported others; or taken care of ourselves or loved ones in an admirable way.

Today, you’re invited to start thinking of some of the ways you’ve done that. Consider the these questions:

  • Where and how has your life improved in the last 5 years? What kind of progress have you made?

  • How about ten years?

  • What do you have now that you didn’t then?

Your answers can be anything from a new home or job to new understanding and insight. We are all always growing.

Or consider these questions that may also resonate with you:

  • When was your proudest moment?

  • When did your hard work pay off?

  • When did you rise to the occasion?

Give yourself some credit today! Then share one or more of the answers in your message.
