On Day 29, we have almost completed our full 30 Day journey. By Day 30, we will have given recognition and appreciation to 90 different pleasant, positive and/or enjoyable aspects of our lives.
If anything, it’s heartening to recognize that if 90 such things exist, so do many more. Our job is to recognize them, bring them into our conscious awareness, meditate on them, write them down and/or share them with another person.
If we do all of this, we are nearly guaranteed a more meaningful and enjoyable life.
Now, on this 29th day, presuming we have had a good experience: let us contemplate how we can now extend the benefits to someone else.
In other words, how can we pay it forward?
What are some ways you can pass on what you’ve gained and quite literally give other people more reasons to be grateful? If we really start thinking about it, there are probably countless opportunities. Perhaps this is connected to your Act of Kindness from Day 16 or you now think of something else. Either way, how can you pay it forward? :)

Inhale for 5 counts
Hold for 5 counts
On the exhale, call to mind the 1st item on your list.
